Meet Sujith and Schanita!
Sujith began his journey as a Patissie at Paper Moon in Tokyo after moving there in 1997 where he learned the art of making Mille Crêpe Cakes! He then moved on to lead other brands in South Korea and in Singapore with the iconic brand Lady M. Schanita works her magic to sell, market, and share Cake Culture's product and vision. They now aim to take Mille Crêpe Cakes, amongst other delectable sweets, next level with soon to come international fusion flavors!
