This next drink from is an absolute banger, if I may say so myself, haha!

Flavor composition: fruit+chili+cream

This drink is all about the foam. It’s the crowning glory (literally) and adds so much texture and flavor to the drink, I was quite pleasantly surprised! Orange and chili make an amazing pair. The citrus element lightens the spiciest of the drink. Banana liqueur compliments the tropical-ness of the drink while adding the much needed sweetness. Give this one a shot!...............................
Orange Blossom...............................
Habanero tequila 2oz
Banana liqueur 0.5oz
Lemon juice 0.75oz
Simple syrup 0.5oz
Orange foam............
Method:
Make Orange foam in an iSi whipper.
Add remaining ingredients to a shaker, fill with ice and shake till chilled, around 15-20 seconds. Fine strain into a cocktail glass. Top with foam. Garnish with flowers and mint. Enjoy!........................................................................

If you’re looking for a drink to wind down V-Day celebrations with, you’re in good luck!

Flavor composition: berry+citrus+rose

The base of gin brings in those herbal, fresh notes. Raspberry syrup for those yummy berry notes and Cointreau to compliment those flavors. Rose water adds that interesting layer of floral complexity. And egg white adds mouthfeel and allows other flavors to shine. The real star of the show are the bursting Boba pops, filled with raspberry liqueur, which make this a drink that’s playful and fun!...............................
Little butterfly ...............................
Gin 2oz
Raspberry syrup 0.5oz
Cointreau 0.5oz
Lime juice 0.5oz
Rose water 3 dashes
Egg white 0.5ozus raspberry cocktail caviar 2 barspoon............
Method:
Add all ingredients except boba pops to a shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake again till chilled. Fine strain into a cocktail glass and add cocktail caviar. Enjoy!..........................................................

If the piña colada felt all fancy and dressed up as a martini for the night, this is what it would taste like!

Flavor composition: tropical fruit + umami

My husband came up with this drink and I was very impressed by how it turned out. The pineapple rosemary vodka from is one of my absolute favorites in the market. As always, a big thanks to them and for sending across this bottle! It’s floral fruity notes make it such a delight to use in martini-esque drinks! Coconut liqueur introduces some nuttiness while cocci americano lightens and lengthens the sip. The mole bitters have to be my favorite bit. Couple of dashes on top brings in those umami flavors which makes for such an unexpected surprise, always a favorite! I finished this drink so fast, almost got drunk off of it, haha! ...............................
Piña Colada Martini ...............................
Pineapple Vodka 2oz
Coconut liqueur 0.25oz
Cocci americano 0.75oz
Mole 3 dashes............
Method:
Combine all ingredients except the bitters in a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir till chilled, around 15-20 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass. Top with dashes of bitters. No garnish. Enjoy!........................................................................
