Unsalted butter: 500 g
Powdered sugar: 400 g
Milk or cream: 60 g
Vanilla extract: 10 g

Fondant & Decorations
* Pink fondant: 200 g (lotus petals)
* Green fondant: 150 g (lily pads and vines)
* Yellow fondant or glaze: 100 g (center sun/water)
* White fondant: 100 g (buds and accents)
* Edible shimmer or gold dust: optional for center
* Edible glue or water: for assembly
* Sculpting tools: petal veiner, ball tool, leaf cutter

1. Bake the Sponge
