In keeping with true Southern tradition, we only use the finest and freshest ingredients available to create customized cakes that are not only beautiful, but absolutely delicious and full of artistic expression. Chef Heather graduated Alpha Beta Kappa from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and, has studied the art of sugar flowers from Ron Ben-Israel. She strives to create cakes that reflect the individuality and personality of each client by using top designs and modern techniques.
