Order Processing and Shipping:
Orders placed Monday through Wednesday before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Important Notes for Out-of-State Orders:
To ensure timely delivery, out-of-state orders must be received by Wednesday at 12:00 PM.

Perishable Items and Shipping:
Our cakes are perishable items and are shipped frozen in insulated coolers with ice packs to maintain freshness.
Please note that Saturday delivery is not available.

Product Information:
Our toppings are crafted with authentic Swiss meringue buttercream made from real butter. For the best flavor experience, we recommend serving at room temperature.
Refrigerated products will remain fresh for 5 days after receipt.
Frozen products will remain fresh for 8 weeks.
