Just a little Thursday night caking! (Yes i said caking 😂😂) Due to my busy regular job schedules. I didn’t have the time for Christmas orders. But I took on just a couple to please my baking desires. Thankful for my job that has led me too meeting some of my current customers!!

Here is a chocolate cake with a chocolate buttercream frosting. And a touch of decorative design! Trying to grow those skills

When the niece has a birthday. You make her a cookie cake. Christmas tree (her request) dont mind my decorating i know it needs work. But I don’t advertise for that either. lol
So if you know me. You know I’ll do anything for my niece and nephew. But here is her Whoville Christmas tree as I called it. Cause the only colors I could find were bright ones. 😊

Now that Thanksgiving is over. It’s time to share the creations from my Thanksgiving orders.

1- Strawberry Cake with a Strawberry buttercream icing (never been so frustrated It a cake in my life… mainly the icing)

Heads up for those Thanksgiving orders!! Due to time restraints and wanting to put my best offers in. Last day to place an order for Thanksgiving will be November 16th.

This allows be enough time to prep and work on delivery schedules. Around my other jobs.

Tasty! Super dense. 3 layer can. Almond and amaretto cake with an almond and amaretto frosting and almond sprinkles throughout. Even tried my hand at decorating.

There is a good and sometimes bad(well not so bad) to baking!! You have a wish to make a cupcake for a lovely friend!! Said cupcake decided not today. Well you improvise and come up with a cupcake jar 😂😂 cake is an Almond and Amaretto blended with almonds and an almond and amaretto frosting.

Sometimes you just keep on baking on! I think it’s cute. But it’s not about the delivery it’s the taste right??
