What makes our goods so delicious? Quality. One of the key ingredients to our decadent bakes is our high quality hand-crafted Madagascar vanilla extract.

Our vanilla extract comes from a mother jar that is now over five years of maturing. Just like a fine wh***ey, the longer the aging process, the better the flavor.

Top chefs make their own vanilla. Ina Garten has a mother jar of vanilla that is over 30 years of maturity.

It may seem complicated, but making your own vanilla is quite easy. It’s mostly a matter of having the patients to wait for the vanilla extract to mature.

We encourage you to do a little Internet or YouTube research if you wish to make your own vanilla extract. It will save you money and improve the flavor of your kitchen creations. The results are out of this world.

Our mother jar is on the right in the picture.

Contact us to place your order or see us at one of our market days.
