Crafted from our buddy Rusty and his team at Pine Street Market , it’s juicy and seasoned with black pepper and sage. Served on a biscuit of choice (pro-tip: try it on our savory Ethiopian-inspired Dabo biscuit!)

A little bit of Balkan flavor with an African twist! Tender chicken breast marinated with lemon pepper and oregano, served with Xaxiq (Albanian style tzatziki sauce), spicy red pepper pureé (made with real berbere, pickled fresnos, and roasted red peppers), and shredded lettuce tossed in lemon oregano dressing. All on toasted ciabatta bread from TGM Bread
