Quiche is a French tart consisting of pastry crust filled with savoury custard and pieces of cheese, meat or vegetables.

In Café Vendôme we frequently bake two kinds of quiches: Mushroom Onion and Zucchini Goat Cheese. The taste is just amazing! You must try it if you did not already !

Quiche is served hot with a side of a house salad with homemade balsamic vinaigrette or with delicious spiced baked potatoes.
