Did you say fried chicken 3 ways? ♥️ Last week, John and I made our way to the Stable Dunwoody Fried Chicken {n} Fiddler launch party to celebrate the new patio. The patio is so nice and even has a fireplace! Then, we indulged in charcuterie to start paired with an ASW Distillery in ATL tasting. After that came the fried chicken 3 ways: nuggets with dill honey mustard, fried chicken and cheese biscuit, and my favorite the fried chicken leg. Simple yet delicious. I paired the chicken with the old fashioned made with FUNwoody very own Georgia Heartwood bourbon. On top of that was live fiddlers, good company, and a fun find I found inside.

The perfect Loews Miami Beach Hotel (Official) day! ♥️ Steal this itinerary for your next trip! ✅

1. Start your morning off at Preston’s with their sprawling breakfast/brunch buffet or choose something like their traditional eggs benny off the à la cart menu!
🍳 The buffet is the best I’ve ever seen with everything from the omelette station to the pastries, donuts, pancakes and waffles, overnight oats, lox and bagels with all the trimmings, charcuterie and antipasto. I fell in love with the antipasto bean salad, the omelette station, and the eggs Benedict with lime hollandaise and tender pork loin.
2. Spend the morning on the iconic south beach. It’s cooler then and you can relax in a lounger for a bit.
3. Enjoy the afternoon soaking up all that the Soak cabanas have to offer and a fantastic poolside lunch.
4. End your day at Bistro Collins and the Sushi Bar for dinner. Our three favorite bites were:
🍣 Crispy rice tuna is amazing! Crunchy rice with spicy tuna, spicy wasabi aioli, and can’t get over the sauce. Best ever.
🐟 Red snapper is well seasoned crunchy skin on flaky and tender snapper, creamy lemon orzotto and the Oporto gel (tastes like a tart cranberry) is fruity and tart to juxtapose the creaminess to the pasta and fish.
🥩 The filet steak is amazing! Perfectly medium with a charred crust on the outdoor and a tangy tart Au poivre with onions and crispy onion straws paired with the amazing mashed potatoes. Creamy, garlicky, buttery. Perfect.
🥃 Fave drink is the old man and the bee old fashioned. super boozy Michter’s old fashioned with a honey comb with make it as sweet or not as you want.
