Did you know that your baking powder and baking soda should be replaced every 6 months?
Why?? Overtime moisture gets to them and breaks them down. Making them less effective. This can result in flatter cakes, cupcakes and cookies.
I like to write the date on top so I can keep track…these went a little longer as I took a little time off adding a member to the family!
