When someone says to make dinner rolls with my own spin, I think cheese! I made a rich dough with lots of butter (almost brioche style), then stuffed the centers with cheese and garlic before proofing and baking, then brushing with garlic butter and sprinkling with . Get a load of this strawberry tart I made yesterday. Instead of going the classic route with vanilla or lemon pastry cream, I made it strawberry flavored, then brushed the fresh berries with melted strawberry preserves so each bite is a total story of strawberry goodness. Recipe on my website!

Here in this small village in the south of France, I’ve seen produce like never before. In a market, this incredible rhubarb caught my eye. On the other side were some of the most fragrant strawberries I had ever smelled. I decided while here it would be fun to make a rhubarb and strawberry tart. Stay tuned for the recipe!
