If we have discussed a wedding cake or any other cake and you HAVE NOT PAID YOUR DEPOSIT, you are NOT OFFICIALLY on my books!!! CAKES ARE LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE, you have to put a DEPOSIT DOWN to ensure your date!!!!!
I did a tasting with someone over a month ago and haven’t heard one word from them in 6 weeks, I gave their date away!!!!! Needless to say they are very disappointed and without a wedding cake!!!
