Who says you have to follow traditional wedding cake flavors. The bride chose her favorite one for this beautiful and delicious cake. The bottom their was chocolate with butter cream filling, the middle tier was lemon with strawberry filling and the top was strawberry with chocolate ganache. It was her day and I helped make it special.

100% edible....the scales of justice is white chocolate painted with edible gold. The graduation cap is a tiny yellow cake like the base and the top of the cap is white chocolate then frosted with buttercream dyed black. Tassel is buttercream.
