🤖 One real estate team handed their brokerage's AI a list of about 3,000 leads nobody had spoken to in over a year. In 30 days, it held nearly 2,000 conversations, ran hundreds of them at the same time, and booked actual tours from a list everyone had written off.

Steve Neville of MPower is back in our Technology Corner this month with the free version of that same playbook, for agents working their own dead lead lists. Export every lead that went quiet. Paste a few of your own past texts or emails so the AI learns how you actually sound. Have it write a short, no-pressure check-in sequence, and send it in batches of 50.

🔨 Henry Darby grew up in historic Charleston, South Carolina, surrounded by timeless architecture and expert craftsmanship, long before he ever picked up a set of blueprints of his own.

It sounds simple, but it is the difference between a transaction and a relationship. Clients can tell within minutes whether you are selling them something or actually listening to what they need, and that instinct does not disappear once the paperwork starts. The agents who keep clients coming back are the ones who never had to put on an act in the first place.

🥂 We had an absolute blast at Toast to the Top, Lake Oconee!
