To those of you that have posted orders for the banana bread, I apologize. I keep trying to set goals to have time to make it and it’s just been impossible. I want this baking thing with Aly to be as authentic as possible. I have to work around her moods and my time. I think I need to edit our business plan. For now we will just bake whatever we want to bake when she cooperates. Then we will let you know what we have if you want to buy it. Pick up and delivery days for what we do have will be on Saturdays.

We are experimenting in the kitchen today. We ran out of ripe bananas for our banana bread. We ended up making strawberry banana bread. The batter smelled delicious!!
