Thank you all for understanding the time off that I had to take. I am back and ready to bake. I baked two 3 layer 6in cakes this morning for an order and baked an Almond Pound Cake last night for the freezer this time, the last one didn't make it to the freezer. LOL

A good friend of mine asked if I have ever made a wedding cake. I said no that i dont have that much confindence in myself to do teir cakes. She said they weren't looking for anything too fancy. So I suggested a sheet cake as there were about 75 guests. The picture is the cake. She had the toppers and added blue edible dusting. I gifted them a 6in round two layer cake to wrap for their 1 year anniversary.

First items baked in my new oven. Had to do a test run. Will test a pound cake and some cupcakes this week. But I think I am ready to take orders again.
Kitchen has been fully renovated and I am so happy with it.
