Feeling very accomplished. For those who don’t know, cinnamon can re**rd your dough as it’s antibacterial. You have to do more starter than other bread recipes and you have to perfectly time your autolyze and fold inclusions. I spent the entire day with this cinnamon raisin bread on my mind and was fully prepared to pull a flat, dense bread out of the oven but instead, we got this! Which is good, since I have 3 of these to make for some orders this week! Now, I can confidently make these for my friends that ordered them. And, I’m keeping this one to feed my family tomorrow morning. 😋😋😋

The best rolls. 😍 Who needs the pilsbury dough boy when you have moms dough? Fresh ingredients. Rolled out the same day. Comes parbaked with glaze on the side, so you can reheat and glaze on ooey, gooey warm rolls! 🤤 $12 for 6 rolls. 20 for a dozen.
