I was recently made aware of this product by an old classmate while in New Orleans during a recent trip home. Having not heard of it, I managed to acquire a bottle of small batch from Costco while en route to Atlanta. I like it neat and look forward to also creating some great marinades, sauces and syrups from it.

Okay Team Blackberries. Great fruit with tons of benefits. I love the flavor but not the seeds so much. I don’t mind eating nor seem to bothered by fresh whole fruit but when cooked . . 🤔. What is your preference? Seeds or strained with no seeds? Catered Cakes

Effectively using food scraps involves turning kitchen waste into valuable items like vegetable broth, pestos, and garden compost. You can easily reduce kitchen waste by repurposing trimmings instead of throwing them away. [Zero-Waste Chef]

Cooking and Reusing Scraps

~ Vegetable Broth: Save onion skins, carrot peels, and celery ends in a bag in your freezer, then boil them in water with salt and herbs.

~ Green Sauces: Blend tough herb stems, carrot tops, or outer beet leaves into pestos, chimichurris, or green dips.

~ Crispy Snacks: Toss potato or root vegetable peels in oil and salt, then bake them until crispy.

Composting and Garden Use

~ Home Composting: Mix wet nitrogen scraps (fruit and veggie peels) with dry carbon scraps (leaves, cardboard, or shredded paper) in a bin.

Becoming a better business includes understanding other products in the marketplace that are similar to yours. Stopped by Whole Foods and saw these cupcakes by Rubicon in the refrigerated case. The triple lemon cupcake was pretty good. I did not get to try the vegan chocolate but next time. .
