Dear SunStone Fans -- Please place your orders for Saturday, stock your freezers and know that every loaf, every baguette is filled with love and gratitude for your support these last seven years. Monday, Memorial Day, May 30 will be SunStone's last delivery of baguettes. Eat them up - YUM! It has been an epic journey that we could not have made without you. Hopefully we'll see you out camping this summer, or hiking at one of Oregon's many wild and wonderful places. With the years moving along, we decided it was time to get out and enjoy some of the other things life has to offer before it got too late. Please feast this weekend. Honor those who have come before us, and celebrate all that life has to offer. And post pictures and stories of your favorite SunStone feasts. We'd love to hear them. Who knows, maybe we'll write a book next....

Great News!!! We are happy to announce that Market of Choice discovered a gliche in their pricing system -- hence our bread has been just a wee bit pricey recently -- but THEY FIXED IT! Thanks to the diligence of Market of Choice staff, SunStone bread is now back to it's regular prices. Yippee!! Please enjoy -- and so sorry for the heart attack it caused you (and us)!

It's the Bakery Guild Open House today, Saturday June 27th, at SunStone Artisan Bakery -- come stop by from 8-12. I'm afraid we won't be at the Grower's Market today. The heat had us worried all our staff would perish, so we made it a short day on Friday. But stop by the bakery from 8am-12noon if you are missing our pretzels or scones. You might even catch them coming out of the oven -- or you try your hand at shaping a baguette :-) We're located at 383 Avery Street and the bakery is the little steel and cedar cottage at the end of our driveway.

Psst... SunStone fans -- hungry for hot bread for dinner? We just delivered warm Baguettes to Shop N'Kart, Market of Choice and Ashland Food Co-op. Baked off this afternoon, just in time for dinner!We're hoping to start delivering seven days a week -- M, W, F in the afternoon for dinner time, T, Th, Sat and Sun for early morning bread fans. Go grab a baguette -- and let us know what you think!
