3 years ago, God placed it on Chris and I’s hearts to move from homeschooling our children and begin our journey with Jonathan Edwards Classical Academy (JECA). This has proven to be one of the greatest blessings to our family.

This year we sent our 4th daughter to school, and with that addition, God has made it clear to me that I need to increase my baking business- Erin’s Cookies & Things- in order to aid in our tuition payments. I am seeking to increase my weekly cookie orders from my wonderful customers as a way to support my family, as well as continuing to take special orders for the other desserts that I sell. I will post ✨TWO DAYS EACH WEEK✨ that I will have cookies available!

⭐️AND, in anticipation of pursuing this further, I have been working on a new cookie recipe! I introduce...my new peanut butter cookies! Inspired by the peanut butter cookies at Disney World, they are thick, soft, and so peanut butter-y!! I simply cannot wait for you to try them! ⭐️

✨2018 has gotten off to a wonderful start, and it begins with being thankful! I'm so grateful for all of the customers who chose to bring our sweets into your homes this holiday season! Please continue to keep Erin's Cookies & Things in mind as you entertain guests, celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, or just want to add a little sweet to the moment! And just like my daughter Violet (pictured below), keep looking for joy in all of life's moments! (She was so thrilled to find that one of her chocolate chips was heart-shaped!) ❤️🍪
