This little beauty showed up on my photo memories today. It is a lemon cake I made two years ago using Meyer lemons from my aunt's tree at her home in Florida. I immediately missed the lemons and then even more missed the travel and my family! As some of you know, I had a baby in March of 2020, and my family has yet to be able to meet him in person. I am so hopeful that we can be together soon, and when that happens, I know it will be a moment sweeter than any cake.💛
