This was for a sweet little girl turning 4! She was having a Princess party. The rosettes matched her beautiful dress. She looked very happy with it and that's all that matters to me. A smile from the birthday child when they see their special cake.

Sorry for the background, forgot to take a picture until I got to clients home. Chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling. Thomas the tank engine for a 3 year old little boy. His reaction was awesome and he definitely loved it!

Sometimes simple but beautiful is the way to go.
4 layer vanilla sponge cake, fresh sliced strawberries and whipped cream filling between each layer, covered with vanilla buttercream and topped with yummy strawberries in the center.
