Dear Customers, I have decided to discontinue taking baking orders. It was fun to bake for you all for the past year and a half but I found out that baking and working full time takes a lot of work and at times left no time for my son. My son and new family need more of my time and they are more important than my baking hobby. Check in with me if you have ordered from me in the past and are in need of one of my treats and I will consider fulfilling orders if time permits but for now I plan on concentrating on what is more important. Thanks again for those of you who have supported my business in the past.

These things are so addictive and just so dang good. Made with dove smooth and creamy milk or dark chocolate and a European white chocolate they melt in your mouth and are so much better than any that can be bought in stores or online. Order them any time for any occasion or just to fulfill a craving. $25 for 12 or $12.50 for 6.

Thank you Pattie Kaercher Grunwald for your Holiday Party dessert order. I had a lot of fun making the different finger sized desserts. Pictured - mini caramel and strawberry cheesecakes, mini lemon tarts, mini Portuguese custard tarts, mini red velvet and chocolate cupcakes, coconut dream squares, lemon cream crumb bars, and milk, dark, and white chocolate dipped strawberries.

pasteis de nata- Portuguese Custard Tarts. I was asked to make these and it was my first try even making the puff pastry from scratch. They were excellent and very addicting. I made extra so I could try them and I think I ate about 8 😁. This was the first time my oven was turned to 550 degrees as well. The smoke detectors went off several times. It took 8 hours to make 96 of them. Worth it? I'd say so.
