Had the loveliest day celebrating Brooke & Ian at The Landing at Estes Park 🤍✨

This cake was SO much fun to create because the couple got to choose each layer, pulling inspiration from multiple different cakes to create something completely unique to them. 🍰

Seriously, this season has been SO much fun, and we’re already looking forward to all of the amazing weddings still to come. We can’t wait to keep celebrating with all of our incredible couples! 🤍

What it takes to make “just a cake” 🤍

Layer by layer, detail by detail. Every palette knife stroke is placed by hand, building texture, movement, and color before the cake ever makes it to the venue.

Then comes packing, traveling, stacking, finishing touches, and finally stepping away to see it all come together.

The finished cake may be the pretty part, but the process is where the magic happens. ✨

Meet Maria!

If you’ve filled out our contact form recently, chances are you’ve already met Maria.

Maria is our Admin Assistant and the heart of communication at Gingerly Baked. She works behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly, connecting our clients, kitchen, and delivery team from your very first inquiry all the way through wedding day.

She’ll schedule your tasting, guide menu selections, prepare your estimate, and organize all the details. Once your questionnaire is complete, she turns your logistics into clear production and delivery plans so everything arrives right on time.

She is also one of the sweetest and most patient people we know, which makes working with her such a joy. She has a calming presence, genuinely cares about every couple, and brings kindness to every interaction.

You may also spot Maria on wedding days! She actually started at Gingerly Baked as a delivery assistant before transitioning into our admin role, giving her a unique understanding of the entire process from kitchen to venue. She’s also incredibly talented at styling dessert displays and making every table look beautiful.

A few fun facts about Maria:
🤍 She’s originally from Puerto Rico.
🤍 She used to make and sell traditional Puerto Rican desserts.
🤍 She’s a passionate home baker, which makes her a wonderful resource when helping couples choose the perfect dessert menu.

There is so much that goes into creating a seamless wedding day, and Maria is a huge part of making that happen. We’re so grateful to have her on our team and know you’ll love working with her just as much as we do!
