What started as a passion for baking became the reality of Off the Pan – Bakery, Cakery & Cookery, based on the concept of catering home-cooked Southern-Gourmet foods as an alternative to fast food and dine-in restaurants. Using only fresh vegetables, fresh ingredients and select cuts of meat, Off the Pan offers daily specials that may vary from week to week, my version of Pot Luck! Southern Cooking with Gourmet Flair!

Believe it or not, I turn down catering jobs. It's a little difficult to work a full-time job, often 6 days a week, AND cater on weekends. Focusing on my prayer that my passion will soon pay off!

A couple of months ago, I catered a women's conference for 300+ attendees. That was quite an endeavor! Great experience and appreciated the opportunity.

Catered Wakeland High School's Homecoming After-Party - what a blast! The kids were all decked out and "gussied" up....gals sequined and guys tux'd, arriving in Hummer Limos and Camaro Limos with "winged" doors! What an experience. Thanks to Uniquely Creative for being uniquely creative.....and asking me to provide the catering!! Big success.

Since the summer, my ankle has been in control but today, I jumped in with both feet and catered a Brunch for a baby shower, and on the menu was:
