In 2004, one of my dear friends called me to tell me he had been diagnosed with something called Celiac. I said, "what is Celiac?" He explained and I then replied, "gosh, I feel sorry for your wife one day." Fast forward 20 years and I've been baking GF goods for him ever since. He's a keeper and my biggest supporter. I
am a licensed Occupational Therapist by trade and have practiced for 20+ years, but I absolutely love to bake. The most common question I get asked, "Is it all really gluten free?" Yes - everything is gluten-free. We strive to use the freshest ingredients from local eggs down the street to dry goods - no additives or preservatives whatsoever.
