One of my family’s favorite activities this time of year is walking or driving through our neighborhood to look at all of the amazing Christmas lights. Lots of questions about baking for the next week and the rest of the year, so here’s what I’ve got planned:
Saturday 12/17: regular cookie delivery/pickup day! Menu is live now for pre-order through the site.
Monday 12/19: cookie kit delivery day! Sold out, but will post if I end up with extras.
Wednesday 12/21: regular cookie delivery/pickup day! The menu for Wednesday will be available for pre-order online this Saturday evening after I finish up with the day’s deliveries. You can expect the menu to be similar to what it’s been lately - lots of classics, probably a frosted option!
Friday 12/23: this will be my LAST delivery day before Christmas, and also the last delivery day until New Years Eve cookies for Saturday, 12/31. Pre-ordering for 12/23 will be available after deliveries have been made on Wednesday 12/21.
Saturday, 12/31: cookies will be delivered by NOON on New Year’s Eve! Menu will include classic flavors, something frosted, and sparkly sprinkles galore.
JANUARY 1-15: cookie lady RESTS! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 This also gives everyone a head start on those New Year’s resolutions 😬♥️

Today is COOKIE KIT DAY! If you ordered a cookie kit for delivery, you can expect to see it on your porch between 6-8 tonight. As usual, you’ll get a text immediately after drop off. If you placed a pickup order, you will be contacted as soon as your cookie kit is packed up and ready to go! No rush on picking up - anytime today is great. Just a quick note about storage: frosting is butter-based and will get a little melty left at room temperature. My suggestion is to refrigerate it until about half an hour before use. Cookies and sprinkles are fine on the countertop at room temp, but if you plan to wait more than a few days to enjoy them, I’d suggest popping the cookies into a ziploc and freeze them. They’ll thaw good as new!

STORAGE When you receive your kit, take out the frosting and store it in the fridge until about half an hour before use to soften it up.
