Rice Lake, Wi.
St. Croix Falls, Wi
Hayward, Wi.

You will be able to find 6 of our 16 seasonings to start with at these locations. Look for them on the shelves soon!!

We would also like to thank Coborn's for working with us to get us started in these locations first.

🇮🇹 HIGH PROTEIN ALFREDO SAUCE 🇮🇹

Here is a great alternative to a normal Alfredo sauce without any of the junk. Absolutely amazing!

Ingredients:

Low Fat Cottage Cheese - 1 cup
Hard Boiled Eggs - 2 large
Parmesan Cheese - 1/3 cup
Milk - 3/4 cup
The Lockdown - 1 tsp
The Snitch - 1 tsp
Italian Seasoning - ½ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a pan on low heat and stir. Don’t let it boil just get it warm to thicken up. Pour over some protein noodles or some chicken chunks. Bon Appetit’ 😋
