It is time to give the 2025 Crawfish Boil date. The date is April 12th. That is the same day as the FQ Fest, so book you hotel/AB&B early to get what and where you want. Can't wait to see everyone.

Hear Ye, Hear Ye Hear Ye
The April 18th 2020 Crawfish Boil is postponed, delayed, rescheduled (not date) and any other words that express our sad task of saying this. We will do it as soon as we can. If we can't catch the crawfish then we will try crabs and if that doesn't happen it will be a huge Bar B Q. So expect something as soon as we possibly can and that is safe for all. This year no matter what. To all please stay safe and skip this whole virus thing.

April 18 for the Crawfish Boil. Sorry by hotels are filling because the French Quarter Fest is the same weekend. Don't know how I did that but I did.

We would like to thank all those that make everything work on Boil days. The pre-entertainment person, setup people, room assigner, toilet seat fixers, beer keg toters, lighting experts, kitchen cleaners, ice getters, store runners, prize sorters, t-shirt purchaser, t-shirt sorting assisters, raffle bag filler, contributors and the list goes on and on. A special thanks to those that don't wake us up when they come late. Everyone makes the days happen from morning to night and days before and after. Another thanks to our cleaning lady that makes more on the Thursday after the boil than any other day of the year.

I will work on getting the garage ready earlier but I will not promise.

My research has determined that April 18, 2020 will be the next Mickey & Cookie's Annual Crawfish Boil so save the date. Everyone check and make sure I have planned correctly around Easter, French Quarter Fest and the Jazz Fest. I think so but check it out. Hotel and AirBNB reservations need to be looked at. Work vacation dates need to be looked at. Recovery time needs to be scheduled too. Can't wait.
