Being snowed in during the storm gave me the perfect excuse to spend some extra time in the kitchen. Today’s cozy bake: homemade blueberry muffins topped with a sweet crumble. 🫐✨

I know I’m usually sharing cakes, cupcakes, brownies, and cookies but I love making all kinds of baked treats too! Sometimes a warm muffin fresh from the oven is exactly what a snowy day needs.

Today I had the sweetest excuse to make this vintage-style chicken cake with delicate piping, super fine details, and that classic old-fashioned cake charm. Every swirl and tiny border was piped with love to give it that elegant, vintage bakery look.

And the best part? I got to drop this beauty off to a friend and brighten their day with cake!

Fun chicken fact: Chickens can remember over 100 different faces of people and animals! Pretty impressive for our feathered farm friends. 🐓
