I absolutely loved making this cake! It was made for a graduate who is on her way to becoming a great teacher. The cake consisted of a vanilla sponge cake layered with raspberry buttercream , raspberry compote filling and then covered with a delectable shell of chocolate ganache. My favorite part of the cake is the apple. What’s yours?
