ONE YEAR AGO TODAY … Gouda Girl was born 🥂

I started off by offering to the other spouses on base in central California for Mother’s Day … I posted a photo of the little board in the second photo that I made from ingredients I had in my fridge and a scratched up cutting board I had in my drawer - my mortgage job was killing me and I needed something creative to do to unwind! Moral of that story - there’s never an excuse not to start something new when you are in a rut or feeling stagnant, just start ☺️

Now we are back home and this little business has morphed into an actual business, & something so much bigger than I had plans for. I am so so thankful for every single one of you who helped me get here 🥰

Our menu includes:
- Garden: mozzarella, purple onion, tomato, spinach
- Turkey: roasted turkey, tomato, lettuce, gouda cheese
- Italian: prosciutto, brie, arugula, salami
- Chicken Apple: roasted chicken breast, sliced apple, spinach, white cheddar

*** all on a brioche bun with condiments on the side🤍
