• Specialty mini-boules (available Friday) are $6/each
• Pizza Dough balls (upon request) are $6/each
• English Muffins (4) or Toasting Bread (upon request) are $6/loaf
• Sourdough Cookies (Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Macadamia nut or Oatmeal Raisin are $10/half dozen or $18/dozen – Frozen or Baked
• Peanut Butter Cookies are $12/dozen

For the Pizza dough balls, English Muffins, and English Muffin Bread, I need two-days notice to prepare.

"The Daily Bake", Independence Day style!

Happy Independence Day Eve, everyone! I pushed 15 loaves and 4 dozen cookies through the ovens today. Those Jalapeno Cheddar loaves are certainly popular. ALL loaves and cookies have been claimed, so just enjoy the delicious photos for now. :)

Time for a 'The Daily Bake' post

Today had 10 loaves and a dozen cookies through the ovens. The cookies are half chocolate chip and an additional 8 NEW test cookies. The test is a twist on regular Peanut Butter cookies. But I used Jif's Peanut Butter/Chocolate spread instead. They are pretty tasty!

Also, as of right now, I have an extra regular loaf and two Jalapeno/Cheddar loaves if anyone is interested. $10 for the regular loaf, and $6 for each of the Jalapeno/Cheddar loaves.

Test Bake Confessionals

Today, I did a thing. I got a request to score a Cross into the top of a sourdough loaf. I didn't want to commit until I did a test run. This morning was my test run. I have an order for two loaves with a Cross scored into the top for this weekend now.

Hello Everyone!

The Easter themed cookie samples were a huge hit last week and are offered this week! They’ll be the same price as the regular Chocolate Chip cookies: $10 for 6 cookies or $18 for 12 cookies.

Also, starting the week after Easter, I’ll be handing out smaller portions of cookies on a weekly basis for any order pick up. I’ll change up the sample cookies from week to week and it’s just a little way to say THANKS for all you the order my Sourdough creations.

Lastly, as it’s the week of Easter, I’ll be baking on Friday through Sunday if needed. If you do order for a Saturday, I’ll just need you to pick up by 2pm as we’ll be heading out shortly after then.

The Daily Bake

Today wasn't a huge bake, and the first Friday in weeks without any cookies. So ... that gave me a bit of time for a few test English Muffins! In addition to the 7 loaves of bread, I made a 4 pack of regular English Muffins, and TEST #1: Jalapeno & Cheddar English Muffins, Test #2: Parmesan Cheese English Muffins! The baked as expected with a few dark spots where the cheese oozed out a little. Can't wait to try these tomorrow morning!
