I’m the hands, heart and (usually flour-dusted) face behind this little sourdough biz.
I’ve spent years nurturing my sourdough starter to get it just right - no commercial yeast, just flour, water and time. Every loaf I bake is a slow, intentional process that teaches me something new.
What started as a quiet passion has become a way for me to share comfort, connection, and really good bread with others!
