Maiden Bailey’s Last Knight Out! The prep for this bride’s rennaisance faire themed bachelorette was soo much fun. Obviously we had to make her a fabulous cake (the dagger is real), but we also sewed and hand painted Bailey’s banner, foraged chicken of the woods mushrooms and tomatoes, dried Queen Anne’s lace flowers for bouquets, and hung maypole streamers. PLUS my new favorite thing?? This bread basket with whipped butter and thyme from our garden 🌱

Congratulations to Emily and Kyle ♥️🦢♥️ both on your stunning wedding and on having immaculate taste so I could make the most romantic cake ever.

Thank you to the lovely team at Blackwall Hitch Annapolis for coordinating and working with our team. The reception set up was gorgeous, intimate, and right in downtown Annapolis.

The inspiration Emily sent was truly the most beautiful I have ever seen. I’ve been looking forward to this swan design for months!!

I just want to thank West River Cakes for doing an awesome job on a cake I requested for a retirement party. I sent them several photos of different sides of our trucks and they pulled it off! The recipient and his family loved it and the cake was moist and delicious. I highly recommend them for your baking needs.
