The outdoor market season is underway! We have been working on creating breads! 🍞 🍞

A Buckwheat Seed Bread (front), is comparable to a multi-grain whole wheat.

GF Sandwich Loaf Bread (back) is soft & pillowy like traditional bread!

Don't let the purple color inside these stop you from eating these up (purple comes from psyllium husk!) Breads will be available at markets with limited quantities, though if the knead 😅 is there we'll make more. Breads can also be pre-ordered for market pick-up.

1st & 3rd Thursday Pinckney Farmers Market
2nd Thursday & 3rd Sunday
(2 times in a week!) Manchester Farmers Market
4th Friday (additional week in July 🙂) Open Air Market of Stockbridge

The Lakers win twice!

We beat Simon Fraser & we're happy to give the boys some treats for the drive back UP to the Soo! The boys were super excited to get some snacks!😀

Fun Fact: We used to bake for the team on away trips! We even sent the team a big package in 2021 when we went to the NCAA Tournament (the first time for us since 96.)
