How do you cope with stress?

Because personally… I’ve found that opening a s’mores cookie is a pretty effective strategy. 😂🍪

You know those days when everything feels like a LOT? The emails, the errands, the never-ending to-do list, the things you forgot you needed to do, the things you’re trying to remember to do… all of it.

That’s when you need to pause.

Take a breath.

Open the cookie.

Look at that chocolate.
Look at that gooey marshmallow.
Look at those graham cracker vibes.

And suddenly, whatever was stressing you out can wait approximately 3–5 business minutes.

Is it technically stress management? I’m not a therapist… but I’m also not saying it isn’t.

Sometimes you just need a ridiculously good cookie, a quiet moment, and a little reminder that life doesn’t have to be so serious all the time.

Just an introvert in Ann Arbor trying to get people to notice my little cookie and scone business. 🥹

Every like, comment, share, recommendation, and order helps more than you probably realize. I’m much more comfortable in the kitchen than in front of a camera, but I’m showing up anyway because I truly love baking for this community.
