That age-old question: Team Lemon Poppyseed 🍋 or Team Strawberry Cream 🍓? I genuinely can’t decide. Lemon poppyseed has that bright, buttery, just-sweet-enough flavor that somehow feels like sunshine in pastry form. But strawberry cream? Soft, sweet, and packed with summer vibes. The real answer might just be that life is too short to choose only one. 😅

What an incredible weekend at West Side Art Hop! Thank you to everyone who stopped by, said hello, shared our posts, and treated themselves to something sweet. The support from this community means more than you know.
We sold out of almost everything, with only a few vegan cookies left by the end, and we couldn’t be happier. Meeting so many new people and connecting with this amazing community made all the long hours of baking completely worth it.

Day 1 of the cookie process 🍪

It all starts here: measuring out the dry ingredients, cracking farm fresh eggs, mixing everything together stage by stage, and ending with a bowl full of cookie dough that’s one step closer to becoming your favorite treat. There may be a lot of behind-the-scenes work before the cookies hit the cooling rack, but this part of the process is one of my favorites.

From graduation parties and birthday celebrations to office treats, teacher gifts, and those “just because it’s Tuesday” moments, every batch is made from scratch with a whole lot of care. Baking isn’t just about cookies—it’s about creating something that brings people together and makes people smile.
