What an amazing day in Jefferson! Thank you to Bailey at The Centennial Cafe for having me out for the Chocolate Walk! I had so much fun meeting new people and sharing my love for sourdough and all things freshly milled ❤️ I also had my sweet little helper, Everett, in tow with me today! His first market was a success!

Some new items on the menu were white chocolate raspberry and espresso chocolate chip scones. Is this something you’d like to see at more events or markets in the future?!

What an amazing night! It was so much fun sharing my love for whole grains with the community! We sold out of sourdough and bagels within the first hour, so will be bringing more next week!

I have some pancake mix, muffin mix, and 3 lb bags of all purpose flour available from the market last night! Use them this weekend for an easy, wholesome breakfast (Father’s Day brunch perhaps? 😊) or freeze them for later! Message me if interested!

Catch us at The Brightside Market in Altoona tomorrow from 5-8 pm!
