Ok everyone meet Jose the Jalapeno in a jar, (from Jeff Dunham, Jose the jalapeno on a stick lol).

My other starter was no good trying to bring it back online so got a new starter we're starting over literally they got me a fancy starter jar and got real super serious about it so about a week should start having some jalapeno cheddar sourdough bread and English muffins.

So for those of you that are still waiting, it will be soon promise lol

I haven't posted in a while and just wanted to let you know that I have my sourdough woke back up.
This is my first loaf I've done in a while, cheddar jalapeno sourdough.

Had a big health scare, so I had to back off the overnight cakes and the physicalness of what it takes to get a lot of the stuff out the door as far as baking goes. I will however be sticking to my YouTube videos and that kind of posting.

I will be doing some small orders here and there for people that I know locally, as well as family. I found a way that I can do my bread without putting harm to me physically.

I apologize for not posting anything or communicating. I have changed my business model to mostly online.
