GrampyPat will be in annual sabbatical, getting some rest and coming up with new ideas. He wishes everyone an amazing Thanksgiving and will see you all in December 6th.

Happy Thanksgiving from Grampypats.
Thank you for enjoying the breads of our labors.
No two loaves ever look the same as they are not touched by machines, molders, or automation.
We only bake with King Arthur Flours, mostly organic and non-GMO. "We don't use chemicals, extenders and extra gluten to speed-up fermentation!" "We don't use tons of yeast to create yeast bombs!" GrampyPat believes in long fermentation times so we can develop natural flavor profiles in the Grampypats "almost famous" varieties of handcrafted breads. All of our sourdough is made using a naturally leavened yeast (starter, mother or chef) that was birthed in Alaska in 1878.
