Throwback Thursday. Last year I made almost 100 loaves of banana bread for all of our great friends at chili's. I made some with cream cheese filling baked in some with nuts and some without. Available for order!

We’ve been busy behind the scenes lately. Right now we’re working on building up inventory — making small batches of jelly, prepping spiced nuts, and getting packaging together.

The goal is to hopefully start popping up at some local farmers markets around the area soon. Nothing official yet, but we’re working toward it and we’re excited about the possibility.

In the meantime, we’re still baking and taking orders here and there. Gotta start somewhere! Thanks to everyone supporting us along the way.

Fresh out of the oven and brushed with real melted butter while they’re still hot — these white sandwich mini loaves are simple, honest bread done right.

Each loaf weighs approximately ½ pound, baked golden, soft inside with that classic pull-apart crumb that makes you want to slice it thick. Perfect for sandwiches, toast, or just tearing off a warm piece with supper.

We currently have one dozen mini loaves available —$5 each.

Made in small batches. Cottage food. Right here in our small-town kitchen.
