Just in time for mango season. We’re bringing back a classic of ours. This golden beauty is our next AAPI cookie….

Mango Macadamia White Chocolate 🥭

A brown sugar cookie infused with mango, ginger, ras al hanout spice blend, lime zest, filled with dried mango and passion fruit that we soaked in mango purée, lime juice and rum. Didn’t skimp on the whole, roasted macadamia nuts (our fave!), and white chocolate chips to round it all out. Giving that Pacific Island paradise get away vibe.

In Southeast Asian culture, pineapple tarts represent wealth, fortune & prosperity. Particularly during Chinese New Year. So we represent our next AAPI cookie….

Pineapple Tart cookie

A spiced semolina cornmeal cookie infused with pineapple, filled with a house-made pineapple jam. slow cooked fresh pineapple with whole cinnamon, cardamom, anise and clove until its caramelized and suuuper concentrated in spiced pineapple-y awsomeness! Topped with a cinnamon shortbread coconut sugar crumb. Pineapple upside down cake’s sexier, tropical cousin. We’re pretty proud of this one!

Citrus & Olive Oil Upside Down Cookie

Key Lime Pie

Citrus & Olive Oil Cookie:
A semolina cornmeal cookie hugged with a hint of cinnamon, cardamom, orange blossom, and orange zest, filled with our house-made vanilla custard, topped with a candied minneola orange slice that we simmered with cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods and orange juice, drizzle of olive oil, brushed with the spiced citrus simple syrup, and topped with spring time edible flowers.

Ket Lime:
Vanilla cookie infused with toasted Graham cracker crumb, lime zest, kissed with ginger, coriander, and lime zest, filled with our house-made lime olive oil custard, topped with a candied lime piece we simmered in fresh ginger, coriander seeds and lime juice, brushed with the spiced citrus simple syrup, and topped with spring time edible flowers.

When National Cereal Day is upon us, we couldn’t resist featuring one of our faaaavorite cereals of all time. The infamous Cinnamon Toast Crunch!! 💪🏻💥
So for this glorious day, we present…

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Krispie Treat (a.k.a. CTCKT)

Brown butter overloaded with CTC and Rice Krispies (for little extra crunch), melty marshmallow swirled with dulce de leche, tahini, cookie butter (new obsession btw!), kiss of molasses and warming spices. Topped with a secret weapon, house-made cinnamon toast milk crumb and flaked salt. Gooey, decadent, super crunchy, warm the soul caramelized spice flavor. All of the CTC nostalgia…grown up and sexier!!

Pistachio Kataifi Chocolate (a.k.a. The Bai Bai Cookie)

We’re givin’ pistachio the moment it deserves.
Pistachio almond lightly spiced cookie base, studded with chopped roasted pistachios and mini chocolate chips, filled with that hella crunchtastic green gold of buttered pistachio kataifi filling, topped with chocolate ganache, dipped and sprinkled with pistachio crumb, and a little white line of pistachio cream white chocolate JUST to make it extra fancy. Persian Love Cakes are deeply rooted in Persian culture, celebrated for their aromatic blends of spices, rose and pistachio. Commonly enjoyed during Nowruz (Persian New Year), weddings and romantic holidays such as Valentine’s Day. So in honor of such beautiful flavors, we thought we’d present them in something fun and nostalgic. A Rice Krispie Treat.

Paris. One of the most romantic cities in the world. And French cuisine is no exception. So here’s a little unassuming, wonderfully romantic French gem. The bostock. Pop Culture Cookie-afied.

The V-Day PB&J (raspberry almond(Butter) coconut white chocolate bostock. Featuring “I’m Coconut Nutty For You”. Fitting, eh?!

We start with an all butter slice of brioche, soaked in a lemon rose simple syrup. Then we spread a layer of raspberry black currant jam, almond butter frangipane, topped with toasted sliced almonds and a juicy raspberry. Right out of the oven, we brush another sexy layer of simple syrup, kissed with powdered sugar and raspberry powder. The MOST romantic PB&J C’est

Passionfruit Mandarin (Sunshine cookie) 🍊☀️

Starts with our famous (not really) spiced Graham cornmeal cookie, filled with a perfectly sweet and zippy house-made passionfruit mandarin olive oil custard, topped with a bright and tangy passionfruit purée, kissed with grated orange zest atop. Absolute sunshine…in a cookie. Mother Nature, you ain’t gonna bring ME down!
