Today, we fell short — and for that, we are truly sorry.
This was the busiest day we’ve ever experienced. We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support, but we also recognize that we were not fully prepared to handle the volume at the level of service you deserve. That responsibility is ours.
To make this right, we will be closing pre-orders for tomorrow. Our priority is to carefully reconcile all orders we’ve already committed to, and we will be reaching out to each of you individually with updates.
We will also be closed next week for a much-needed reset. During this time, we’ll be strengthening our systems, improving team training, and putting better structures in place so we can manage growth the right way — without compromising quality or service.
We experienced growth faster than expected, and now it’s our job to rise to meet it properly. We are taking this seriously and are committed to coming back stronger, more organized, and better prepared to serve you.
