🌾🥯 Hey Almont friends! 🍌🍞

I’m a 25-year-old teacher by day, sourdough dreamer by night (and nap-time). Between chasing two kiddos and grading papers, you can find me elbow-deep in flour, coaxing wild yeast into delicious little miracles.

What started as a weekend experiment turned into a full-blown doughmance, and now I’m sharing the carb love with the community—one crusty loaf, chewy bagel, and banana bread slice at a time!

🌀 Currently on the menu:
• 🥯 Sourdough Bagels – with fun inclusions like asiago, everything, blueberry, and more!
• 🍞 Sourdough Loaves – crusty, tangy, perfect for toast or tearing and sharing.
• 🍌 Banana Bread – moist, cozy, and kid-approved (even the picky one).
