Ever wonder what to do with left over roast or steak?? Here’s a recipe! 😋

Beef and noodles:

Put in crockpot:
Left over steak chopped (I used left over New York strip) or left over roast shredded.
3 cups of beef broth
14 oz of crushed tomatoes or (1/2 can of 28 oz)
Chopped carrots 2 cups
1/2 red onion diced
1/2 pack of onion soup mix
Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
One bay leaf
One stalk of celery with leaves chopped fine
1-2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves of garlic crushed

Cook on high for 4-5 hours
Serve over egg noodles
And sprinkle Italian blend cheese on top

SOUP SEASON is starting soon!

Mediterranean soup:

1/2 block of frozen spinach
1 -1 1/2 cup of sliced thin carrots
Two stalks of celery sliced
1 can of chickpeas, don’t drain
3.5 cups of chicken broth or veggie broth (I used chicken)
1 can of diced tomatoes , don’t drain
Half of a yellow onion diced
Salt /pepper
Garlic powder to taste
1 tblspns Vegetable seasoning
2 bay leaves
*Cook on high for 5-6 hours or until carrots are tender
Add 2 cups of cooked diced or quartered penne pasta
*cook on low for 30-40 minutes
Add 1-1 1/2 cups of broth if needed at this point.

Pecan Bundt cake

Grease your Bundt pan with crisco.
One box yellow cake mix, I use aldis!
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of oil, I use canola
3 whole eggs
3 heaping tablespoons of sour cream
1/4 cup of finely chopped pecans
BAKE 350, 30-35 minutes
Cool, and flip over onto plate.

Topping:
Half stick of butter
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of milk add more if too thick
Tablespoon of Caramel creamer if u have it.
Boil for a few minutes till sugar melts.
Let cool, add pecans pour mixture over cake.

This recipe is super easy and so good! Will last for days in the fridge. Perfect for a side dish or as a meal with warm garlic bread.

I just want to thank everyone for the wonderful years I had in M’s Confections. I have had so many amazing experiences through out the years. I am truly grateful and blessed for the time I had. With that being said, I am officially closing my doors. I held off from doing so, but with the pandemic and so many other changes in my life, I can no longer fit M’s in my life. I’m proud of what I accomplished and the people I have met along the way. I’m excited for my new chapter. I am now prosusing new adventures, while balancing the changes from the pandemic and my health.

Hi, My name is Melissa, and I am the owner and baker of M’s Confections. I make custom cakes, sugar cookies and more. I love my job. When I am not baking i am taking care of my two young wild boys, running, juggling home and school activities. Im always on the go!

I have been honored to make Dancing With The Stars premiere cookies for the past 3 years. I traveled to LA for season 24. Everyone there was absolutely amazing, and so kind. I was truly blessed to be apart of the experience! I have also been honored to make cookies for Dance Moms filmed this year 2019 in Pittsburgh!
