We're officially set up at Paw Prints at the Playground with our friends from Freedom First Rescue, and we'll be hanging out here in Hellertown until 4 PM today!

We’re baking away getting ready for tomorrow’s Nazareth Farmers Market, and we’ve learned a very important lesson over the last couple weeks:

Apparently you all REALLY like the Rosemary & Olive Loaf. 😂

🌿🫒(👈 how about those emojis?) It has now sold out within about the first 30 minutes every time we’ve brought it.

So… we got the message.

We’re bringing MORE tomorrow!

We’re still not going crazy with them, so if Rosemary & Olive is the reason you’re coming, earlier is probably better. We’re slowly learning just how many of these things you people can eat. 😆

We're set up and LIVE at the Saylorsburg Farmers Market, and we have an important announcement:

The Rosemary & Olive Loaf is already SOLD OUT. 😳

That's now TWO markets for our newest loaf... and two quick sellouts.

Message received. 😂

Apparently fresh rosemary + Greek & Italian olives + sourdough is a combination you all take very seriously. We'll be adjusting accordingly and bringing MORE Rosemary & Olive loaves to future markets!

But don't turn the car around—we still have plenty of good stuff on the tables:

🌿🍞 Prep Day Is Officially Underway! 🍞🌿

Today is one of those days where the bakery smells amazing, every bowl is dirty, and we're pretty sure flour is literally everywhere its not supposed to be.

We're busy mixing dough, feeding our sourdough starter, roasting coffee, and getting everything ready for Saturday's Saylorsburg Farmers Market.

And yes... it's finally happening!

🌿 Our NEW Rosemary & Olive Loaf is making its Saylorsburg debut!

Nazareth gave it a warm welcome last week, and now it's Saylorsburg's turn to see what all the fuss is about.

Made with fresh rosemary, Greek and Italian olives, and a touch of olive oil, it's quickly becoming one of our favorite loaves.

The rest of today will consist of:

✔️ Checking fermentation
✔️ Wondering if we made enough
✔️ Wondering why we didn't make more
✔️ Drinking coffee
✔️ Repeating all of the above

For the last few days we've been teasing a brand-new loaf...

Some of you have pondered what it is. We wanted to wait and see how the bulk baking went first.

Well... the wait is over! And just in time for the Nazareth Farmers Market

🌿 Introducing our NEW Rosemary & Olive Sourdough Loaf! 🌿

We started with our classic sourdough recipe, then added:

🫒 Italian olives
🌿 Fresh rosemary
✨ A touch of olive oil

Everything else is exactly what makes our Classic Loaf so good—just with a Mediterranean twist. It's savory, aromatic, and made for charcuterie boards, dipping in olive oil, pairing with pasta, or making an incredible chicken salad sandwich (we just had this).
