Blueberry Lemon Sourdough Muffins!!!

One of the delicious items I’ll be offering on the stand:

A moist, fluffy muffin packed with fresh blueberries, brightened with lemon zest, enriched by the natural tang of sourdough discard, and finished with a buttery sugar crumb topping for crunch and sweetness.

Hello!! Thanks for stopping by the 92nd Ave stand!! A little bit about me and why i wanted to build this stand… a little over a year ago, I got a sourdough starter from a friend of mine, and since then I’ve been feeding that starter and baking bread and goodies with it!

How I came up with the name… well, we live on 92nd Ave. and the big thing with sourdough is cutting into the bread and seeing what the crumb looks like! That’s a good indicator on how well your bread is. Thus… 92nd Ave Crumb & Co was born!
