I’m going to sit this right here. Full fondant cake. I have been wanting to take a cake class with .kimble for years. At one point I was too broke. Then when my money came up she was no longer doing 1:1 classes. Then everything aligned and the Universe gave me my heart’s desire. She started back teaching & my bank account matched. Ain’t God Good!

Someone asked me to make a chocolate crunch pie. I looked for a recipe and found nothing. So I created one. It’s a silky milk chocolate custard filling with toffee & almonds. Topped with homemade whipped cream. Garnished with almonds & toffee.

Made this cake for an elite soccer athlete for his 11th Birthday! I was NOT Happy because I couldn’t get the soccer tiles right. His mother wouldn’t let it go out the door for free and paid me anyways. Needless to say, an hour after delivery I figured it out. I’m ready for my next soccer cake. Chocolate Cake w/Chocolate Frosting.
