These were officially our BIGGEST orders yet, and I am truly sitting here like… HOW?! 🥹 Every single week I’m amazed by how you guys show up and show out for this little bagel business of mine.

I was too busy making the bagel magic happen this morning to do much of anything else.😂 So if you were waiting for a cute behind-the-scenes moment… just picture me covered in flour, running on caffeine, and questioning how I somehow ended up making 105 BAGELS before 8:30am😮‍💨😂

But seriously… THANK YOU. To every single person who pre-ordered, shared a post, told a friend, ordered again, or has supported Knock on Woods in any way — it truly means the world to me.💛

If you’ve been following my broken mixer saga..

After TWO stand mixers broke on me, it was time to invest in something a little more serious… and MAN, is she a beaut!! 😍

Meet the newest member of the Knock on Woods Bagel Co. family — the Zacme 8.4QT Commercial Stand Mixer! 🥯✨

But this mixer is more than just a new piece of equipment. It’s another reminder of God’s faithfulness.

There have been so many moments throughout this journey where I’ve wondered, “Lord, how is this all going to work?” And time and time again, He has provided. What started as a little dream He placed on my heart just keeps growing, and I don’t take a single part of it for granted. He has been faithful every step of the way. 💛

And a HUGE thank you to my incredible husband, Matt🤍 Thank you for believing in me, encouraging me, supporting me, and investing in this crazy little dream right alongside me. I truly couldn’t do this without you!🥹 I love you babe!

When it rains, it pours.
The week I got 90 BAGELS PRE-ORDERED, BOTH of my stand mixers decided to break.

Literally. BOTH.😭

And here’s the kicker: I was prepping 45 extra bagels for a BIBLE STUDY. I was making bagels for a room full of godly women when my mixers decided they had ENOUGH.
I mean… COME ON. You know the Lord is at work when the enemy gets this bothered. Maybe making bagels for women gathering to pray, study God’s Word, and encourage one another upset the enemy a little bit. 😂

I wasn’t discouraged by God—I was more annoyed that the enemy thought this little hiccup was going to send me over the edge. Nice try.😂 A bump in the road does not mean you’re on the wrong road. Sometimes what we’re called to do won’t be easy, and obedience looks like figuring things out when the plan falls apart.

Romans 5:3-4 says, “Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope,”

And Galatians 6:9 says, “And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.”

So I’m not giving up. I’m going to figure out these mixers, make these 90 bagels, and keep learning, growing, and showing up.
Because the devil is a LIAR, a do**us, and a doo doo head.😂
Two broken mixers don’t get to convince me that I wasn’t meant to do this.

If you’re in a season where everything seems to be going wrong right after you took a step of faith, KEEP GOING. Don’t let one hard chapter convince you that you chose the wrong story.

Keep pushing. Keep praying. Keep trusting. Keep going.

God is still in it. 🙏🏼🥯

P.S. By the Grace of God and my amazing supportive husband, we have a new mixer on the way. Those who have pre-ordered don’t you fret! You will be getting your bagels this weekend💛🫶🏼
